Order processing
Every Rebel & Roots Co. item is printed to order through our production partner network. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order has been produced, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 2–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 3–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–15 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Customs and import duties
To reduce shipping times and minimise customs charges, we aim to print and fulfil your order from a production partner as close to your delivery address as possible.
If customs duties, taxes, or import fees apply, they are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days or you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us at rebelandrootsco@gmail.com and we'll be happy to investigate with our production partner.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We'll work with our production and shipping partners to locate your parcel and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
